SANA'A — The Department of Sociology in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities - Sanaa University held its sixth regular meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, to review key academic, research, and graduate program matters.
During the meeting, faculty members reviewed admission procedures and academic evaluations, approving the admission of two applicants to the department's Ph.D. program. The council also formally endorsed the academic results for a current doctoral student, in accordance with the university’s regulations and degree requirements.
The department noted that the meeting is part of its ongoing effort to monitor graduate studies, support research activities, and ensure high standards of academic quality across its programs.
