Third-year field trainees from the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Sana’a University, conducted an educational awareness initiative at Arwa School titled "My School is a Trust, and Preserving It is a Responsibility." Organized as part of their field training requirements, the event aimed to promote student awareness regarding the importance of maintaining school facilities and property while instilling values of civic responsibility and active engagement.
The activity featured a series of awareness messages and practical guidance focused on maintaining cleanliness, preserving school infrastructure, and modeling positive behavior. The trainees also encouraged students to collaborate in building a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
The initiative sought to foster community awareness among students concerning public property preservation and to empower them to contribute actively to improving their school surroundings, thereby enhancing the overall educational environment.
This outreach initiative falls under the field training program of the Social Work Department, which aims to develop trainees' professional skills in planning and implementing community engagement activities, bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, and strengthening university-community partnerships.
