The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana’a University conducted a field visit today to the Faculty of Languages to review and evaluate graduate studies procedures, assess the progress of work, and examine the academic files, documents, and procedures followed by the Faculty.
The Center’s visiting team comprised Dr. Fahd Al Ahmadi, Dr. Ahmed Nasser, and Ms. Najla Al Jawfi.
The team was received by Dr. Mujeeb Qasim, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies; Dr. Mona Al Mairi, Director of Graduate Studies; and Ms. Noor Bamsadous, Quality Assurance Secretary.
During the visit, the team reviewed work procedures related to graduate studies and examined the relevant documents and files. They also discussed a number of observations and procedural matters with the concerned staff, helping to identify opportunities for improvement, address shortcomings, and enhance overall performance.
The visit emphasized the importance of continuously reviewing graduate studies procedures and updating work mechanisms in line with academic quality requirements, thereby contributing to improved efficiency and a stronger academic environment.
This field visit forms part of ADQAC’s program to monitor graduate studies procedures across the University’s faculties and centers, promoting the implementation of academic and administrative quality standards and requirements.
