The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana’a University conducted a field visit today to the Faculty of Engineering to evaluate graduate studies procedures and review the progress of work, academic files, and related documentation. The visit was part of the Center’s efforts to support the educational process, enhance academic and administrative performance, address shortcomings, and improve overall outcomes.
The Center’s visiting team comprised Dr. Fathia Al Hamdani, Dr. Ahmed Nasser, and Ms. Najla Al Jawfi.
The team was received by Dr. Adel Rawa, Dean of the Faculty; Dr. Yasser Al Houri, Vice Dean for Quality Affairs; Dr. Sami Al Maqtari, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs; Mr. Mohammed Noaman, Director of Graduate Studies; Ms. Marwa Farea, Academic Affairs Secretary; and Ms. Ahlam Al Jouri, Quality Assurance Secretary.
During the visit, the team reviewed graduate studies procedures and the relevant documents and files, and discussed work processes with the concerned staff, with a view to identifying observations, determining areas for improvement, and addressing shortcomings in ways that contribute to enhancing the quality of graduate programs and meeting academic quality requirements.
The visit forms part of ADQAC’s ongoing efforts to monitor and evaluate graduate studies procedures across Sana’a University’s faculties, supporting them in improving performance and strengthening the quality of their educational outcomes.
