The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana’a ‎University today reviewed the implementation of graduate‎ procedures at the Faculty of ‎Science during a field visit aimed at examining current practices and assessing the extent ‎to which academic procedures and documentation meet quality requirements.‎

The visiting team from the Center comprised Dr. Ali Shamlan, Dr. Ahmed Nasser, and ‎Mr. Nasser Mohammed Qasim.‎

The team was received by Dr. Elham Al Shaibani, Vice Dean for Quality Assurance; ‎the Director of the Graduate‎ Studies Administration; and a number of specialists.‎

The visit included a review of graduate‎ files and the documents governing graduate‎ ‎operations, as well as discussions with the relevant specialists regarding the procedures in ‎place. The team also identified a number of observations and areas for development that ‎could contribute to improving performance and enhancing the efficiency of academic ‎work.‎

The visit emphasized the importance of continuously reviewing graduate‎ procedures and ‎updating work mechanisms in line with academic quality requirements, thereby helping ‎provide a more efficient administrative and academic environment.‎

This field visit forms part of ADQAC’s monitoring and evaluation program across the ‎University’s faculties, aimed at assessing performance, supporting efforts to address areas ‎requiring improvement, and enhancing the quality of graduate‎ programs.‎
