The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana’a ‎University conducted a field visit today to the Faculty of Education – Sana’a to follow ‎up on the implementation of graduate‎‎ procedures and review the academic and ‎administrative workflow, as well as the relevant documents and files.‎

The visiting team from the Center comprised Dr. Mohammed Al-Bayḍi, Dr. Mahdi ‎Haidar, and Ms. Naseem Al-Kebsi.‎

The team was received by the Faculty’s Vice Dean for Graduate‎‎ Studies, Dr. ‎Mohammed Al Shami; Vice Dean for Quality Affairs, Dr. Bashir Mufreh; the ‎Director of the Graduate‎‎ Studies Administration; and a number of specialists.‎

During the visit, the team reviewed the procedures followed in implementing graduate‎‎ ‎studies requirements and examined a number of academic documents and files. ‎Discussions were also held with the relevant specialists on the level of compliance with ‎approved procedures and the key observations that could be addressed to enhance ‎operational efficiency and improve the quality of graduate‎‎ programs.‎

The visit underscored the importance of coordination and integration between ADQAC ‎and the University’s faculties in monitoring academic procedures and identifying areas ‎for improvement, thereby contributing to performance enhancement and fulfillment of ‎quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.‎

The visit forms part of ADQAC’s program to follow up on graduate‎‎ procedures across ‎Sana’a University’s faculties and provide the technical support needed to improve ‎academic and administrative performance.‎
