The Scientific Committee at the Center for Political and Strategic Studies at Sana'a University held its seventh meeting for the academic year 2026/2027, chaired by the Center's Director, Dr. Hussein Mutahar, and with the participation of committee members. The meeting addressed several academic topics on its agenda related to preparing study plans and organizing courses for the new academic year.
The meeting reviewed the study plan for the PG diploma for non-specialists, alongside the study plan for the master's preliminary coursework stage. Committee members reviewed the distribution of coursework and the requirements for each stage in light of the programs' educational and academic objectives, aligning with the nature of their cognitive and specialized outcomes.
Following discussion and review, the committee approved the distribution of coursework for the first and second semesters in both programs. This provides an organized academic framework for implementing study plans, contributes to defining educational tracks and requirements for each semester, enhances integration among courses, and achieves the specified educational goals of the programs.
The approval of these study plans comes as part of the Scientific Committee's responsibilities in reviewing academic programs, developing their educational components, and organizing the teaching process according to clear scientific and methodological foundations.
