The Faculty of Physical Education at Sana’a University received a field team from the University’s Center for Development and Quality Assurance to evaluate postgraduate studies procedures, review academic and administrative operations, and examine relevant documents and records. The visit forms part of the University’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of education and improve institutional and academic performance.

The evaluation team comprised Prof. Dr. Abdulmajeed Bajash Abdullah and Mr. Adel Mohammed Al-Qubati.

The team was received by Prof. Dr. Abdulghani Mutahher, Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Dr. Najeeb Juaim, Vice Dean for Quality Affairs; Dr. Ibrahim Al-Sharafi, Director of Postgraduate Studies; and Mr. Khaled Daer, Faculty Secretary.

During the visit, the team reviewed postgraduate students’ files, supporting documentation, and the academic and administrative procedures in place. The team also held discussions with the relevant faculty staff regarding existing work mechanisms and the extent to which the faculty complies with quality assurance requirements and academic standards governing postgraduate programs. These activities aim to identify opportunities for improvement, refine procedures, and enhance operational efficiency.

The evaluation team commended the faculty for the completeness of its postgraduate students’ documentation. It also praised the efforts of the faculty’s administration, its commitment to quality requirements in postgraduate programs, and its efforts to organize student records and administrative procedures in accordance with established academic standards.

This visit is part of Sana’a University’s ongoing efforts to monitor the performance of its faculties, evaluate academic procedures, and promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
