The Council of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Sana’a University convened its fourth regular meeting for the 2025/2026 academic year to address key academic and administrative agendas, issuing necessary resolutions and strategic recommendations.

• Approval of Previous Minutes: Formal ratification of the minutes from the third council meeting held on August 15, 2026.
• Launch of Ph.D. Programs: Approval of the newly structured Ph.D. programs across three core academic specializations:
o Islamic Sharia
o Public Law
o Private Law
• Graduation Roster Endorsement: Recommending the approval of the first-round graduate list for the 2025/2026 academic year, comprising 1,523 male and female students.
• Academic Standing Upgrades: Recommending the ratification of grade improvement results for 26 students for AY 2025/2026.
