In line with Sana’a University’s directives toward administrative modernization and digital transformation, the Faculty of Mass Communication has initiated procedures to review and correct the academic and financial status of its graduate students through the "SAR" electronic system, aiming to update data and ensure alignment with official records.

These procedures follow a meeting with Prof. Hammoud Al-Ahnoumi, Vice Rector for Graduate Studies, attended by the Faculty's Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, the Director of Graduate Studies, the Director of Information Systems, and representatives from Financial Affairs. The session was dedicated to establishing mechanisms for processing and updating student data to rectify their academic and financial standing via the new digital platform.

The meeting focused on reviewing and verifying registered information. Attendees agreed to update and correct graduate student records in the new "SAR" system based on data from the previous system, enhancing record accuracy and integrating academic, administrative, and financial data.

This initiative is expected to improve the efficiency of managing graduate student records, streamline tracking procedures, and enhance coordination among relevant departments, thereby supporting administrative integrity and elevating data reliability within the electronic system.

This step reflects the Faculty of Mass Communication's commitment to modernizing institutional operations, leveraging digital systems to advance university services, and managing graduate affairs in accordance with accurate, approved data aligned with contemporary academic management stan
