The Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC) at Sana’a University held a meeting today to discuss the Postgraduate Data Review Form and the mechanisms for conducting field visits to the University’s faculties to review postgraduate files and programs. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Huda Ali Al-Emad, Dean of the Center, with the participation of the faculties’ vice deans for quality assurance.
The meeting reviewed the items included in the Postgraduate Data Review Form, along with the procedures for completing and using such form to examine files and data, ensuring standardized review procedures, accurate documentation of information, and compliance with approved academic and administrative requirements and standards.

Participants also discussed mechanisms for conducting field visits to the faculties to review postgraduate files and programs and verify their compliance with the specified requirements. The meeting further addressed the formation of specialized committees, the assignment of their duties, and the mechanisms for documenting findings and submitting reports to the Center.
Prof. Huda Ali Al-Emad emphasized the importance of standardizing procedures for reviewing postgraduate files and adhering to approved standards and requirements, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of postgraduate programs and improving academic and administrative performance across the University.
The meeting forms part of the ADQAC’s ongoing efforts at Sana’a University to monitor and evaluate postgraduate programs, strengthen quality assurance and continuous improvement procedures, and enhance the quality of academic programs in accordance with approved standards.
